With Lemire continuing to pursue points opportunities in Perm tomorrow FFL are unsure how long their top rank for Lannoye will last, but for the first time in the teams history they have the #1 ranked rider in OCM and are confident that even if they lose the title tomorrow they will regain in later this season.
Lannoye, is being called "soccer formation" by his team mates following his run of positions 4-4-2 in his last 3 outings, whilst in jest, Lannoye has decided that his "formation" requires a goal keeper and says he will add a 1 to the recent results on Saturday in England to represent this. Spirits are high in the team camp and a target of 4000 points before year end is now being considered realistic by team management - hoping to challenge for the #1 team rank next season. For now though the team must be content with the #1 rider, even if Lemire may take the honours back tomorrow

Update: Lannoye lost rank #1 yesterday, but added the goalkeeper to his formation today. 1st place in London-Ipswich, should be leading the OCM rankings again next update!!

Lannoye is an excellent rider in a fabulous team, and he benefits from having a great manager...but watch this space! The 'Derry Dynamo' aka Rodney Hodgson has serious designs on the number one position.
It may take a while to achieve this with the likes of Lemire, Doiron, Ansell etc in contention but DD has firmly set his sights on the world rankings.
